The DCT Twin Flute up spiral end mill cutters are manufactured from superior grade solid carbide. These DCT Twin Flute cutters are specially coated with Tekcelex, a “Diamond Like Carbon” surface finish treatment, which is extremely hard wearing and very smooth.

They offer a brilliant edge finish while maintaining sharper cutting edges, which in turn offers excellent material yield. These tools are recommended for machining Aluminium, most non-ferrous metals and Aluminium Composite Material (ACM). Also suitable for use on a wide variety of commonly routed metal based sheet materials.
